About the role
The Beauty Advisor is the face of the brand, welcoming customers and guiding them to the perfect beauty and skincare solutions. You will combine product expertise with high service standards to create a memorable beauty experience for every client.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain deep knowledge of the brand’s skincare and beauty product range and stay updated on competitor offerings.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall outlet performance.
- Prepare and execute in‑store events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages or expiries, and assist with inventory management.
- Build lasting customer relationships, drive cross‑selling and upselling, and provide personalized beauty advice.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, grooming standards, and brand image guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree or diploma.
- 2–5+ years of sales, retail or customer‑service experience, preferably within a pharmacy or beauty environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for beauty products.
