Beauty Advisor (Retail)

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will work in a Watsons store in Ras Al Khaimah, delivering excellent customer service and using in‑depth product knowledge to drive sales. The role involves recommending beauty products, managing inventory, and ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed and promoted in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate beauty products, highlighting features, advantages and benefits to customers.
• Utilise suggestive selling, upselling and cross‑selling techniques to increase transaction value.
• Monitor product availability, safeguard merchandise and prevent shoplifting or damage.
• Attend to customer queries, resolve complaints within scope of control and maintain high service standards.
• Set up store promotions using marketing collaterals and ensure effective communication.
• Replenish displays, maintain accurate shelf and price tags, and follow planograms.
• Update product shelf‑life reports and adjust pricing information weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and compliance with operational standards.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Attention to detail for stock management and merchandising.
