Beauty Consultant - Harvey Nichols

About the role

Al Tayer Insignia, the luxury retail division of Al Tayer Group, is hiring a Beauty Consultant for Harvey Nichols in Dubai. The role delivers excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, giving advice and demonstrating suitable products, building relationships with key customers and maintaining store standards so that sales targets are achieved and customer loyalty is cultivated.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Line Manager.
• Identify and fulfil customers' needs and provide quality advice and exceptional service.
• Present yourself with grooming and conduct that reflects the brand's image of luxury and prestige, in line with company policy.
• Provide beauty treatments to customers, maintain beauty room standards and keep the room ready for use at all times, as set out in the Beauty Room training and manual.
• Merchandise products according to guidelines, ensuring accurate stock rotation.
• Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards, including window displays and shelf cleaning.
• Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the Line Manager to keep stock at optimum levels.
• Complete administration accurately and on time, including customer database cards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Pursue sales opportunities such as link selling and advise customers about in-store promotions.

Required profile

• High school level education.
• 1 to 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
