About the role
Join Chalhoub Group as a Beauty Marketing Trainee, supporting training coordination, administration, and beauty operations across the GCC. You will gain exposure to niche fragrances, product education, and on‑floor trainings while working closely with retail and brand teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate training sessions, handling venue bookings, catering, and atelier setup.
- Support product launches and on‑floor training activities.
- Assist with monthly regional reporting, presentations, and data collection.
- Manage administrative tasks related to orders, personal allowances, gifting, and expenses.
- Provide English‑to‑Arabic translation support and create presentation materials.
- Conduct market visits to engage with retail teams and brand operations.
Required profile
- Passionate about beauty, makeup, and fragrances.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Creative eye for visual content and training experiences.
- Energetic, proactive, and people‑oriented personality.
Required skills
- Beginner‑level Excel for reporting and data handling.
