Behavioral Intervention Teacher (Charter School)

About the role

Bloom Education is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Intervention Teacher to join its August 2026 charter school. The role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment by promoting appropriate behavior and supporting students’ social‑emotional development.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high standards of behavior across the school.
• Design and deliver interventions that improve students’ behavioral skills.
• Collaborate with senior and middle leaders, teachers, parents, and pupils to ensure consistent support.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet individual student needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in behavioral improvement or similar roles.
• Willingness to undergo child‑protection screening, including ACRO check (if based in the UK) and police clearance.
• Ability to provide professional references, including a current principal.
