About the role
Bloom Education is seeking a passionate Behavioral Intervention Teacher to join its charter school starting January 2026. The role is part of a vibrant learning community that values diversity, professional development and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Set high standards to promote positive behaviour for learning across the school.
- Provide effective behavioural support to pupils, working closely with senior and middle leaders.
- Collaborate with staff, parents and students to achieve excellence in behaviour management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
- Minimum three years of verifiable experience improving behavioural skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection policies.
Required skills
- Behavioural intervention techniques.
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support frameworks.
