About the role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Bell Attendant to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest’s stay is memorable from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and exceed expectations throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Use the Opera guest profile system to track guest preferences.
- Transport luggage from arrival points to rooms and back at checkout.
- Handle messages, mail, and packages promptly and professionally.
- Deliver morning newspapers and guest deliveries without delay.
- Keep the concierge desk and storeroom clean, tidy, and well‑organized.
Required profile
- Diploma in hospitality or vocational training in hotel concierge services.
- Strong English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑focused, courteous, proactive, and adaptable personality.
- Physically fit with a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Opera guest profile system.
