About the role

Arada is seeking a friendly, energetic and customer‑focused Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Brooki Bakehouse, a fast‑growing bakery known for its chunky cookies, brownies and cakes. The role involves delivering excellent service and supporting daily restaurant operations in a lively environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Prepare tables with linens, cutlery and glassware; clear tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Follow hygiene, safety and food‑handling standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team‑player mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills for billing and payments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
