Bell Attendant

About the role

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel offering Turkish hospitality, is hiring a Bell Attendant. The role supports guests with luggage handling and provides courteous guidance around the hotel, working closely with the front desk, concierge and housekeeping teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading and unloading during arrival and departure
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the lobby, entrance and parking areas
• Coordinate guest flow and movement during peak times
• Keep guests informed about the hotel layout, services and amenities
• Follow safety and security protocols and respond promptly to guest requests
• Maintain a polished appearance and collaborate with other teams on guest service
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to management and carry out other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bellman or in the hospitality industry preferred
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for long periods
• Availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Knowledge of Dubai's attractions, dining and local services

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for guest requests and department communication
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
