Bellman – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

The Bellman, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests on Saadiyat Island. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Provide local area information and highlight hotel amenities.
• Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Maintain a safe, professional workplace and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects as described.
