Venue Manager

About the role

The Venue Manager will oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and room service on Saadiyat Island. This role ensures high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while fostering a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, covering restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service.
• Maintain service quality and sanitation standards in all food‑and‑beverage areas.
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service needs and financial targets.
• Lead the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with food‑handling, sanitation, and local liquor laws.
• Assist with menu planning and drive continuous improvement in guest and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day operations and step in for staff when needed.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards, liquor regulations, and financial performance metrics.
