About the role
The Bellman, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working in a dynamic hospitality environment, you will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation and check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions and transportation options.
- Process operational tasks such as completing reports and handling guest requests.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lobby and public areas.
- Lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving items.
- Basic customer‑service orientation.
