The Bellman at Yas Plaza Hotels provides a warm first impression for guests, handling luggage, offering information, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Arrange transportation, including taxi bookings and valet services.
• Answer guest inquiries about directions, restaurants, and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Support valet parking operations as needed.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Follow hotel policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.
• Assist with special projects assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer‑service mindset.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
