Senior Architecture Manager – Middle East & Pakistan

About the role

The Senior Architecture Manager will support the Director of Architecture in overseeing the architectural process for Hilton development projects across the Middle East and Pakistan. This role ensures that all design and construction deliverables meet brand standards and technical requirements while driving value‑engineering and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director with technical review of specifications, planning drawings and construction details.
• Participate in value‑engineering opportunities and coordinate with vendors and Project Directors.
• Support architectural design for new developments, conversions and adaptive‑reuse projects, especially during the pre‑signing phase.
• Create property‑specific area programs that form the basis of architectural briefs.
• Guide consultants and design teams to achieve Hilton brand standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for owners, developers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct project handovers and post‑opening design reviews.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in architecture within the hospitality or large‑scale development sector.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards and regional requirements for the Middle East and Pakistan.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, owners, developers and internal project directors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
