About the role
The Bellman will support guests at the Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries at the Bell service desk.
- Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area at all times.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests politely and friendly.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide luggage storage services.
- Coordinate delivery of messages and items to guest rooms.
- Assist guests requiring special attention and ensure transportation arrangements run smoothly, including taxis, private vehicles, and limousines.
- Support other hotel areas as needed and complete shift duties as outlined on the checklist.
Required profile
- Previous experience in 5‑star hospitality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage safely.
- Strong English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
