Benchmarking & Multi-Vendor Optimization Engineer (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

A remote, contract position for a Benchmarking & Multi-Vendor Optimization Engineer supporting mobile network performance assessment and optimization across multiple technologies and vendors. The role covers radio network benchmarking, competitor analysis and performance optimization in multi-vendor environments (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson and others). Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end network benchmarking and competitive performance assessments.
• Analyze drive test results, customer experience metrics and network KPIs.
• Identify coverage, capacity, mobility and service performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement optimization action plans to improve network competitiveness.
• Perform LTE, VoLTE and 5G NSA/SA optimization activities.
• Validate features and assess performance of advanced technologies.
• Prepare benchmarking reports and present recommendations to customers.
• Support technical discussions with operators and stakeholders.
• Work in multi-vendor environments including Nokia, Huawei and Ericsson networks.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mobile network optimization and benchmarking.
• Proven experience in benchmarking projects and competitive network analysis.
• Strong experience in multi-vendor environments (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson).
• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) and professional English (spoken and written).
