Beverage Manager

About the role

Le Café LPM is looking for a Beverage Manager to own and shape its wine and bar programme in Dubai. You will create a thoughtful, approachable drinks list, run a precise bar operation, and lead a passionate team that delivers the café’s signature experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the wine and spirits list, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s French Riviera inspiration.
• Oversee day‑to‑day bar operations, guaranteeing smooth service during busy periods.
• Manage the beverage P&L, stock levels and cost control with rigor.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor teams to integrate drinks seamlessly into the overall service.
• Be present on the floor during service, supporting staff and engaging with guests.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a beverage programme in a premium, high‑volume hospitality setting.
• Strong commercial acumen without compromising guest experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team with warmth and high standards.
• Fluent English; French language is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of wine, spirits and bar operations.
• Capability to manage beverage P&L, inventory and cost control.
• Excellent communication in English; French proficiency preferred.
