About the role
This internship gives you the chance to build on your classroom studies by experiencing hotel operations first‑hand. You will be immersed in Marriott’s culture and learn the fundamentals of hospitality management.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in day‑to‑day hotel activities across various departments.
- Support hotel staff in delivering guest services and operational tasks.
- Observe and assist with the execution of Marriott’s standards and procedures.
Required profile
- Current college or university student.
- Enthusiastic about a career in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
