About the role
The Guest Service Expert in In‑Room Dining takes initiative to create a memorable experience for guests, delivering food and beverage service directly to their rooms. This role involves setting up dining spaces, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring every interaction enhances the guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Setting tables and preparing the dining area for guests.
- Communicating guest orders to the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery.
- Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in rooms.
- Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies to uphold hygiene standards.
- Handling menu items, reading and verifying information, and moving or lifting objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
