About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert ensures food and beverage operations run smoothly in an all‑day dining environment. You will help create memorable guest experiences by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, maintaining clean work areas, and replenishing supplies.

Key responsibilities

Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and supply replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow safety protocols.
Support guests throughout their visit, contributing to a seamless service experience.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
No prior experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience preferred.
No supervisory experience needed.
No specific license or certification required.
