About the role

Our Guest Service Support Experts ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly by delivering a range of behind‑the‑scenes services. They set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas and replenish supplies, turning routine tasks into part of a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

Set tables and prepare service areas for guest dining.
Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Clean and maintain work zones, including handling waste and sanitising surfaces.
Read and verify menu information to support accurate service.
Move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Navigate sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces while on foot for extended periods.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
No supervisory experience needed.
No specific license or certification required.
