Bilingual Community Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, assess their logical flow, and create new conversation scripts to enhance model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress, assess correctness, and suggest improvements.
• Craft novel conversation scenarios in Arabic and English to teach desired responses.
• Collaborate with the AI team to report findings and support model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Only candidates residing in the United Arab Emirates will be considered.
