Bilingual Content Editor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Content Editor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work with both Arabic and English language models, measuring their progress, assessing logic, and creating new conversational content to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Measure chatbot progress through structured testing and feedback.
• Craft novel bilingual conversations to teach chatbots appropriate responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Independent contractor based in the United Arab Emirates.
