Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual virtual assistant to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress and creating new conversational scenarios to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diverse, complex bilingual tasks for AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate the correctness, logic, and overall quality of chatbot responses.
• Write novel conversation scripts to teach bots appropriate language usage.
• Track performance metrics and report findings to the development team.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an expert level of writing, editing, and communication in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
