Technology Project Manager (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of a multi‑disciplinary technology programme in Dubai. The role will be contract‑based for at least six months and will act as the central point of contact between the client, internal IT teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements.
• Identify assumptions, constraints and dependencies across systems and teams.
• Drive day‑to‑day delivery across engineering, infrastructure, applications, security and data teams.
• Track progress against milestones, resolve blockers and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and leadership.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards and reports to governance forums and senior management.
• Establish and maintain project governance structures, controls and reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate vendor performance, contractual obligations and cost, schedule and scope variances.
• Ensure deliverables meet functional, technical and security requirements and oversee testing, user acceptance and sign‑off.
• Manage formal handover to operations and support teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technology projects across multiple functional areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to establish governance, risk and compliance controls.
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing contractual deliverables.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and to quality standards.
