Billing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Billing Executive to join Sunny Medical Center Al Nahda in Sharjah. The role involves managing patient billing at the front desk, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, directing them appropriately.
• Receive payments by cash or credit card and issue receipts.
• Enter services accurately in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system following institutional policies.
• Generate invoices for cash and insurance payments.
• Identify service prices, tabulate bills in EMR, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Count cash drawer amounts at shift start and reconcile cash and credit sales at day end.
• Maintain statistical data on promotions and campaigns in the authorized format.
• Provide information to customer queries and notify management of billing system issues.

Required profile

• College diploma in any discipline or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
