Billing Support Analyst

About the role

Pearl City Construction is expanding its Dubai billing team and seeks a Billing Support Analyst to manage invoice preparation, validation, and reconciliation. The role supports both local field teams and US‑based partners, ensuring accurate billing and timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Classify billable vs. non‑billable costs according to program standards.
• Validate system transaction accuracy and research historic transactions.
• Perform detailed unbilled and AR aging analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive invoice packages with required documentation.
• Reconcile labor postings for T&M billing and create correcting journal entries.
• Maintain accurate records, track invoice status, and follow up with field and US teams.
• Rework rejected invoices promptly and monitor contract funding.
• Respond to audit requests and verify subcontractor invoices.
• Execute other program accounting and billing tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a dedicated accounting function.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Advanced university‑level mathematical ability.
• Proven problem‑solving, data analysis, and independent decision‑making skills.

• Cost Point (preferred).
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
