BIM Architectural Modeler – Immediate Joiner

About the role

Infinity Developments is seeking a detail‑oriented BIM Architectural Modeler to join its technical team in Business Bay, Dubai. The successful candidate will create high‑quality 3D architectural models from concept through construction documentation, ensuring strict adherence to BIM standards and seamless coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit in line with ISO 19650 workflows.
• Generate accurate 2D drawings—including floor plans, sections, elevations, and details—from the BIM model.
• Conduct internal clash detection and collaborate with structural and MEP modelers to resolve conflicts.
• Maintain model health, clean file architecture, and correctly link consultant models within Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Update models promptly based on design changes, site conditions, or coordination notes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler on high‑end residential, hospitality, or mixed‑use projects.
• Currently based in the UAE and able to join immediately (max 1‑week notice).
• Strong understanding of BIM protocols, modeling best practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Advanced knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with cloud collaboration tools such as BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
