BIM Coordinator – ELV

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and related technology systems across high‑profile projects in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the Project BIM Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate digital models and smooth information flow throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project BIM Manager in applying BIM standards, information‑management workflows, and digital delivery processes for ICT, ELV, AV, Security and Smart Systems.
• Create, coordinate and maintain high‑quality Revit models and discipline‑specific families, templates and content libraries.
• Conduct clash detection, track issues, lead coordination meetings and support RFI processes.
• Publish, update and distribute coordinated BIM models via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 and the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to align models with construction methods and installation sequences.
• Generate BIM reports, quantity take‑offs, schedules, asset information and assist in producing as‑built models and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM coordination for ELV or related technology projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650 standards and construction documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage model data throughout the project.
