BIM Coordinator / MEP Modeler (French speaker)

About the role

The BIM Coordinator/MEP Modeler will support the design and construction of data centre facilities in Dubai. Working closely with engineers, suppliers and contractors, you will create and coordinate MEP models throughout all project phases, from design to as‑built.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret MEP schematics and produce or update them using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Develop complete MEP models from schematics, 2D plans or drafts, including quantity take‑off and metadata.
• Utilise 3D scanning data (point clouds) to generate accurate as‑built Revit models.
• Set up reference models, clash detection tests and track BIM issues to resolution.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, present findings and propose technical solutions for spatial conflicts.
• Support architectural and structural modeling as needed for multidisciplinary coordination.

Required profile

• Significant experience in BIM modeling and coordination for MEP systems.
• Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Infraworks, Autodesk BIM 360 (Forma), AutoCAD, Revizto, Dynamo and Office 365.
