BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager manages and coordinates BIM standards, workflows and best practices across the Commercial and Industrial groups, covering projects from concept to completion. The role covers hospitality (hotels and F&B), private residences, offices, retail, leisure and other interior design projects, and involves coordinating with other consultants' BIM requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows and best practices, and maintain BIM execution plans for each project
• Plan and organise interior design drawings and BIM models, including clash detection and model quality checks
• Coordinate with BIM managers, coordinators, designers, clients and architects, and act as liaison with outsourced or internal teams
• Manage content libraries, templates and standards, and audit project teams for compliance
• Train BIM team members and KZC staff on BIM software, and provide onboarding and performance reviews
• Prepare BIM reports for management and forecast BIM/Revit needs for existing and upcoming projects
• Work with quantity surveyors on costs and schedules, and with architects and manufacturers on design details
• Lead BIM implementation planning, deployment and resource scheduling, and help raise the organisation's BIM profile for business development

Required profile

• Comprehensive experience in hospitality projects
• Experience implementing interiors and working details from LOD 100 to LOD 400
• Ability to deliver projects from concept to completion
