BIM Modeler – MEP (Pool Specialization)

About the role

Gardinia Contracting is looking for an experienced BIM Modeler specialized in MEP for swimming pool projects. You will create accurate 3D BIM models for pool mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, working closely with civil, structural, landscape, and architectural teams to deliver high‑quality designs for Dubai’s luxury developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for pool MEP systems using Revit or equivalent software.
• Translate 2D design drawings, hydraulic calculations, and equipment schedules into coordinated 3D models.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other discipline models via Navisworks.
• Produce and maintain shop drawings, sections, and details in line with the project’s BIM Execution Plan.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, developer specifications) for pool MEP installations.
• Maintain BIM standards, family libraries, and model documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of BIM modeling experience, preferably on pool or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of pool hydraulics, filtration, chemical dosing, and UAE MEP design standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
