BIM PH-Modeler – 3D Modeling for Plumbing & Drainage

About the role

We are looking for a BIM PH-Modeler to develop and maintain 3D BIM models for plumbing and drainage systems using Autodesk Revit. The role supports the delivery of accurate, clash‑free models for construction projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings, schematics, and detailed layouts.
• Coordinate with MEP, Architectural, and Structural teams to resolve design clashes.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure model accuracy.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Review and update models based on design changes and site requirements.
• Assist in project documentation and submission processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Plumbing/PH).
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Drainage systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• Experience in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA) is an advantage.
