Key responsibilities

Execute specialized manual binding operations, performing customized and complex manual binding tasks for confidential documents and client‑specific formats, ensuring precision and adherence to unique specifications.
Oversee the collation process on the gathering line, ensuring accurate sequence and alignment of forms, resolving misfeeds or missing sections, and coordinating with the foreman for verification before binding.
Cross‑check binding parameters against specifications, including paper size, margin alignment, cover placement, and binding type (e.g., perfect, saddle stitch, comb, wire, dummy making) as per job sheet and client requirements; flag deviations and initiate corrective actions.
Handle manual binding of internal office materials and stationery sets, focusing on durability, presentation, and compliance with internal branding standards.
