BMS Technician – Facility Management (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The company is seeking a skilled BMS Technician to join its facility management team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves configuring and maintaining building management systems to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, and fire safety equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and program BMS software for HVAC, lighting, and low‑voltage systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and SCADA interfaces.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on building automation equipment.
• Integrate fire alarm systems with the overall BMS architecture.
• Support PC‑based programming and system updates.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management or maintenance projects, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
