About the role
This high‑impact leadership position oversees the management, operations, and performance of large‑scale residential communities in Abu Dhabi. The role drives service excellence, resident satisfaction, and long‑term asset value across premium developments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end community management operations.
- Develop operational frameworks, SOPs, and governance standards.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
- Drive resident engagement and customer‑satisfaction initiatives.
- Manage relationships with facilities‑management providers, contractors, and government authorities.
- Handle complex escalations and post‑handover matters.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing communities team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in community or property management, preferably in large‑scale UAE developments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
