Book Keeper / Payments Specialist

About the role

As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and ensuring that all records are accurate and up‑to‑date. Working closely with the finance team, you will help guarantee timely payment processing and smooth reconciliation of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining ledgers.
• Process payments and invoices efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and various accounts on a regular basis.
• Prepare financial reports and summary statements for internal review.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve financial processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
