Branch In-charge – Suzuki Workshop

About the role

The Branch In-charge will lead the Suzuki workshop, ensuring smooth daily operations, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial and non‑financial targets such as labour sales, repair order numbers and service campaigns.
• Control operating costs, optimise bay utilisation and manage petty cash and monthly bill settlements.
• Motivate and develop the workshop team, conduct performance assessments and recommend training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements.
• Oversee work‑instruction procedures to guarantee quick vehicle turnaround.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure warranty, recall and general repairs follow manufacturer guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Good understanding of workshop financials and cost control.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to plan rosters and maintain manpower availability.
