Branch Manager – Sharjah (Sahara Mall)

About the role

Flipped Park is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee its high‑traffic entertainment venue at Sahara Mall in Sharjah. The role focuses on driving profitability, ensuring safety, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operational workflows across the entertainment facility to maintain service and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor and supervise site staff, fostering productivity and customer‑service excellence.
• Develop and implement revenue‑generation strategies while controlling costs.
• Monitor branch KPIs, track operational throughput and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, guest‑service standards and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience in branch or site operations management within entertainment, retail or hospitality, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
