Branch Sales Executive – Banking

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, target‑driven Branch Sales Executive with proven UAE banking sales experience to promote and sell a range of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans and other retail banking solutions.
• Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate sales records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, handling queries and objections throughout the sales process.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and follow up on applications for timely processing.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE banking direct sales experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and earning monthly incentives.
• Strong understanding of the UAE banking and financial services market.
• Highly motivated, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience selling Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Islamic Finance or other banking products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
