Brand Development Executive

About the role

The Brand Development Executive will drive the growth of Neweast General Trading’s automotive and heavy‑duty product lines across European and Middle‑Eastern markets. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with sales, procurement, IT and finance teams to identify new opportunities, expand brand portfolios and ensure seamless market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in European and heavy‑duty segments.
• Support expansion of product and brand portfolios through market demand analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Conduct technical validation and market feasibility studies for new part numbers, adding them to existing brands.
• Perform gap analysis to uncover missing SKUs and execute price comparisons for competitive positioning.
• Develop HED (Heavy‑Duty) and EUD (European) ranges, including undercarriage components, brake parts, radiators and steering pumps.
• Source and onboard new suppliers, conduct audits and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with sales teams in UAE, Oman and KSA to translate market needs into product strategies.
• Liaise with IT to resolve e‑ordering issues and support new reporting tools.
• Follow up with finance to ensure timely supplier payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in business or brand development within the automotive or heavy‑duty industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis and gap assessments.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders.
