Brand & Identity Designer

About the role

The Brand & Identity Designer will create and refine visual brand identities for Millennium Fashions Industries Ltd. and its fashion clients. Working on-site in Dubai, you will translate brand strategies into cohesive visual concepts across a range of media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop logos, color palettes, typography systems and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Design graphics for presentations, packaging, labels, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure visual consistency across print, digital and product touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and sales teams to support new collections and campaigns.
• Prepare production‑ready design files and coordinate with external vendors.
• Research fashion and design trends and contribute fresh ideas to strengthen brand differentiation.
• Manage multiple projects and meet defined timelines.

Required profile

• Strong background in brand identity and visual design, preferably for fashion or consumer brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Robust portfolio showcasing brand and identity projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, handle multiple deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using Figma or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory and asset production.
