Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will execute Etihad’s brand strategy across marketing, sponsorship, and the guest experience, ensuring consistent and distinctive brand expression.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic brand thinking and support brand positioning across marketing, sponsorship, products, and guest experience.
• Act as brand custodian, reviewing and approving all brand‑facing assets and managing trademark governance.
• Develop and evolve brand guidelines, collaborate with creative teams, and own management of Etihad’s livery.
• Support end‑to‑end brand campaign development, from insight and briefing through production and evaluation.
• Lead evergreen content production, managing briefing, shoot planning, permits, on‑set guidance, post‑production quality control, and asset delivery.
• Work across the organisation to manage stakeholders, drive alignment, and build trusted relationships.
• Track brand performance, manage budgets responsibly, and act as an internal brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of brand and marketing experience in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Proven brand management experience combining strategic thinking with strong execution.
• Background in aviation, travel, hospitality, or FMCG preferred.
• Comfortable working across physical, digital, content, and service design disciplines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and influencing skills.
