Brand Manager Specialty & Innovative Medicines

About the role

The Brand Manager Specialty & Innovative Medicines will lead commercial preparation and execution of new product launches across oncology, immunology, rare diseases and other specialty portfolios. You will translate global strategies into UAE‑specific commercial plans and drive growth through stakeholder engagement and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end new product launch activities, including positioning, value proposition, messaging and customer segmentation.
• Develop and implement annual and long‑term brand plans, translating global/regional strategies into UAE commercial strategies.
• Map patient journeys, identify barriers to diagnosis and treatment, and build stakeholder engagement strategies with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Analyse market and sales data to identify trends, monitor competitors, track brand KPIs, market share and promotional effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in pharmaceutical brand management or related commercial roles.
