Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

SARA Group is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead consumer‑facing initiatives for the Roomours and Villeroy & Boch brands. The role blends storytelling, retail activation and digital channel management to inspire customers and elevate brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of marketing plans and multi‑channel campaigns (digital, in‑store, outdoor, influencer).
• Translate brand values into design‑led narratives across visuals, store displays and online content.
• Oversee digital and social media strategy, community engagement and paid media to grow reach and traffic.
• Plan and deliver seasonal retail activations, pop‑ups and experiential events.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent storytelling at all physical touchpoints.
• Build PR, partnership and influencer relationships to generate earned coverage.
• Monitor consumer insights, market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning.
• Analyze campaign performance, track ROI and manage budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in brand or retail marketing.
• Proven ability to create and execute multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance tracking and budget management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
