Brand Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager – Brand Operations will drive the operational performance of assigned apparel brands, ensuring excellence in retail execution, commercial results and cross‑functional collaboration. The role focuses on optimizing store operations, improving profitability, enhancing the customer experience and maintaining consistent brand standards across all retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operational management of assigned brands, aligning activities with business objectives and implementing efficiency‑focused strategies.
• Monitor and improve commercial performance by tracking sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and store profitability, and recommending corrective actions.
• Support store managers through regular visits, operational reviews, new store openings, refurbishments and promotional roll‑outs.
• Champion a customer‑centric culture, monitor feedback and service standards, and drive initiatives that elevate the overall brand perception.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, HR, Visual Merchandising and E‑commerce teams to resolve operational issues and support company‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail operations or brand management, preferably within the apparel sector.
• Proven track record of improving store profitability and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret key performance metrics.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing store openings, relocations or refurbishments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
