Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Trainer – Full‑time, Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Trainer to join our Dubai facility on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves delivering high-quality BJJ instruction to students of all levels while promoting a safe and motivating training environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group and private BJJ training sessions for beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Design and tailor individualized workout and technique plans based on each student’s goals and abilities.
• Ensure the safety of participants by enforcing proper warm-up, technique execution, and injury-prevention protocols.
• Organise and lead workshops, seminars and promotional events to showcase the academy’s offerings.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to help them achieve personal fitness objectives.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain a cohesive and inclusive gym culture.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including grappling, self-defence and martial-arts philosophy.
• Experience in fitness training with solid knowledge of conditioning, strength development and injury prevention.
• Ability to develop and lead customised training programmes for individuals and groups.
• Excellent teaching, communication and motivational skills.
• Black‑belt certification (or equivalent) and a track record of competition or instructional experience.
• Strong teamwork orientation and adaptability to an international, multicultural environment.
