Bus Driver for Hotel Transportation

About the role

Provide transportation for hotel staff between their accommodation and the hotel in Dubai, ensuring safety, punctuality and a courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off colleagues from accommodation to the hotel and vice‑versa.
• Maintain and clean the bus on a regular basis, including minor maintenance tasks and fueling.
• Complete trip, accident and incident reports as required.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Team Leader and other hotel departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B.
• Resolve passenger complaints professionally and ensure service standards are met.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school certificate.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment or UAE driving experience.
• Valid UAE driver licence.

Required skills

• Bus operation and safe driving on UAE roads.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
