Bus Team Leader

About the role

Accor is looking for a professional Bus Team Leader to manage daily bus operations at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. You will lead a team of drivers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high service standards for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, performance feedback and training.
• Coordinate daily bus routes, schedules and vehicle assignments.
• Conduct safety inspections, enforce regulations and keep accurate records.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeep and report operational metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in bus operations or related field.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local safety protocols and public transportation regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
