Business Analyst – Cash Management & Corporate Channels

About the role

The Business Analyst – Cash Management & Corporate Channels will work with banks and internal teams to deliver payment, escrow and corporate channel solutions, ensuring project timelines, quality and regulatory compliance are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit project deliverables, status reports and communication plans.
• Document user journeys, user stories and business requirements for payment, corporate channel and escrow solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance and UAT on GTx payments platforms, producing test scenarios and scripts.
• Collaborate with SMEs, end‑users and vendors to validate requirements and prioritize the product backlog using Agile practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, daily stand‑up, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Support post‑production activities and monitor BAU projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 6 years in cash management or corporate channel systems.
• Experience with escrow management systems, real‑estate escrow processes, virtual accounts and regulatory compliance in banking.
• Proven ability to act as Scrum Master or Product Owner when required.
